Michael S. Hanley

Mr. Hanley is a retired senior executive with deep experience in finance and management roles, serving most recently as Senior Vice President, Operations & Strategy of the National Bank of Canada and Chief Financial Officer of Alcan. 

Mr. Hanley has extensive non-executive director experience. He currently serves on the board of directors of ExCellThera Inc. and previously served in leadership positions on the boards of BRP, Inc., Nuvei Corporation, and EQB Inc.
